How we can help
Getting started
Open IQWireCalculator in your phone browser (or the installed home-screen app), create an account, and start the free trial. Open Calculate, enter original wires in hand, original size, original CM, and targeted CM, select catalog sizes, then tap Calculate Best Match.
Results, save, print, email
On the results screen you can print, email, or save a named calculation. Saved runs appear on the Saved tab. Delete a save with the trash icon. Print uses the phone’s system print dialog.
Custom wire sizes
Open Catalog to add shop sizes (including half sizes) with circular mils. Default AWG sizes stay in the table. You can remove only sizes you added.
Subscription and billing
After a 3-day trial, access is $11.99 per month or $119.00 per year. Open Profile in the app to see status, subscribe, or cancel. Cancelled accounts keep access until the current period ends. Billing is handled through PayPal.
Account deletion
To delete your IQWireCalculator account and associated saved calculations, email contact@IQMotorBase.com from the same address you registered. Include “Delete my IQWireCalculator account” in the subject. We will confirm and remove the account.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I contact support?
- Email contact@IQMotorBase.com. Include your account email, device (iPhone or Android), and a short description. We typically reply within one business day.
- I cannot sign in or reset my password.
- Use the sign-in screen in the app. If you still cannot get in, email us from the address on the account and we will help you recover access.
- How do I cancel so I am not billed again?
- Open the Profile tab, then Cancel subscription. You keep the app until the date shown. If checkout was through PayPal, you can also manage or cancel the subscription in your PayPal account.
- The calculator is locked after the trial.
- That is expected when the 3-day trial ends without an active subscription. Open Profile and subscribe to restore CM Best Match, saves, print, and email.
- Is this the same as IQMotorBase shop software?
- No. IQWireCalculator is a standalone wire calculator app you install from the browser. IQMotorBase is the shop management system.
